Technical specifications
Technical conditions are voluntary normative documents that determine the technical requirements related to a product (work, service), its associated processes (including management systems), and manufacturing methods.
Technical conditions are developed and prepared by economic entities to ensure the use of new technical solutions determined by the economic entity in the absence of state standards, or directly applicable international, regional, intergovernmental, and foreign state standards in the relevant field in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Economic entities have the authority to develop and adopt technical specifications for any product (work, service), its associated process (including management systems), and manufacturing method.
