Consulting on implementation

Since "Azerbaijan Standardization Institute" PLE is the only institution in the country that has a Standards fund, the staff of the Institute, as experts in many areas, successfully provides consulting services related to the application of international standards in enterprises and organizations.

Application of management systems to various aspects of the organization and its subsystems - strategic management, production, human resources management, logistics, internal information exchange, document management, etc. is a set of influencing works.

Implementation of management systems is a rather complex, laborious and time-consuming business process. In order to ensure the compliance of existing management systems in enterprises and organizations with the requirements of any international standard (standards), it is carried out within the framework of a project developed on consulting services based on the customer's request.

Provision of consulting services related to the implementation of management systems is carried out in three stages:

Each of the application stages is accompanied by the preparation of a large number of regulatory documents.

The first stage is the most critical stage within the implementation of management systems. Critically speaking, at this stage, a proper analysis of gaps is carried out.

The second stage is the stage of intellectual resources that requires the most time. At this stage, the structure, description, identification, improvement and application of documents on management systems are carried out. Employees of the organization are provided with information on the requirements of the relevant standard (standards), as well as practical training on conducting internal audits.

The main goal of the third stage is to verify the compliance of the management systems implemented in the organization with the requirements of the relevant standard (standards) before the certification audit. As a result, the detected inconsistencies are analyzed and a plan of appropriate measures is drawn up to eliminate them.
