If the result of the audit is positive, the organization receives, along with the certificate of conformity, a regulatory document such as the Rules for the use of conformity marks of the Management Systems Certification body of the "Azerbaijan Standardization Institute" PLE, placed in the certificate. The ordering organization must confirm that it will comply with the relevant Regulations. The certificate of conformity is valid for a period of 3 years, provided that it is confirmed during the inspection control only.

6. Inspection control of certified management systems. It is to maintain the organization's management systems in working condition, to evaluate its effectiveness, to fulfill the provisions of continuous improvement, and to determine whether the activities are in accordance with the declared standard and requirements for management systems. Inspection control is carried out at least once a calendar year.
